DEPOSIT FOR APPOINTMENT
A deposit is required to secure your appointment.
- You are allowed up to 2 reschedules with the same deposit
- Please give at least 72 hrs notice when rescheduling or canceling an appointment. (last minute notice may result in a forfeiture of deposit and a new one will be required to move forward with scheduling a new date)
- No call/ no shows will not be rebooked and deposit will be forfeited
